How much creatine is in a sachet?
5g of creatine monohydrate per sachet, the standard daily serve used across the research, plus 400mg sodium, 200mg potassium and 50mg magnesium.
When should I take it?
Whenever you'll remember. Creatine works by keeping your muscle stores saturated over time, so consistency matters far more than timing. Morning, post-session or with dinner all work. Take it on rest days too.
Do I need to load it?
No. One sachet a day reaches saturation in around three to four weeks. A loading phase just gets you there faster.
Is it a stimulant?
No. There is no caffeine or stimulant of any kind in KREYT. You can take it with coffee or a pre-workout if you use one.
Is it suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine is a naturally occurring compound your body already makes; it isn't a men's supplement and it won't cause sudden "bulk". Our Creatine 101 page covers what the research actually shows.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Creatine monohydrate is synthesised, not animal-derived, and nothing else in the sachet comes from an animal.
What is it sweetened with?
Stevia leaf extract (Reb-A 97%). There are no artificial sweeteners, no sugar and no artificial colours.
Will it make me bloated?
Creatine draws a small amount of water into muscle cells, not your stomach. Any early water-weight change is inside the muscle.
Who shouldn't use it?
KREYT is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. It's not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women, and should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have any doubt, speak to your doctor first.
How do I store it?
Below 25°C, in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. Reseal the bag. No need to refrigerate.
Is it tested?
Every batch is tested by an independent Australian laboratory for creatine purity, heavy metals, microbiology and banned substances before it's released for sale.

How much is it?
$84.99 for a bag of 30 sachets (a month, one a day). Subscribe & Save takes 20% off, bringing a bag to $67.99, delivered every 30 days. A single trial sachet is $3.50 if you want to taste a flavour first. All prices include GST.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose "Subscribe & Save" on the product page. Your bag ships every 30 days and you're charged the discounted price each time. Skip, pause or cancel any time from your account before the next renewal — no lock-in, no minimum term.
Do you offer bundles or gift cards?
Bundles are coming with the Night line. Gift cards are available at checkout if enabled.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide, from Melbourne. International shipping isn't available yet.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard Australia Post delivery is usually 2–6 business days depending on your state; Express is 1–3.
How much is shipping?
$9.95 standard, free on orders over $99. Express is $14.95.
Can I return it?
Unopened, sealed bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Single sachets can't be returned once dispatched. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll sort it — your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full detail is in our Refund policy.
