Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. International shipping is not available at this time.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed after 12pm AEST/AEDT on a Friday, or on a weekend or Victorian public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery is by Australia Post. Typical delivery times after dispatch are: Standard — 2–6 business days depending on your location; Express — 1–3 business days. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $9.95. Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (after any discounts, before shipping). Express shipping: $14.95. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay and include GST.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you've created an account you can also find it under your order history.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn't collected from the post office, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a re-shipping fee may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at kreytsupps@gmail.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and replace or refund your order as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
