Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of kreyt.com.au and any purchase you make from KREYT Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN [00 000 000 000]) ("KREYT", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. Our products are Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods and are not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women.

2. Products and information

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and nutrition information are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Product images are for illustration. Information on the Site, including our Creatine 101 page and FAQ, is general in nature, is not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always read the label and use only as directed. If you have a medical condition, take medication or have any concern, consult a doctor or dietitian before use.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund any amount you've paid. We may also limit quantities per order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. Promotional codes can't be combined unless stated and have no cash value.

5. Subscribe & Save

When you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method the subscription price at each renewal (every 30 days unless stated otherwise) and to ship the product to your nominated address, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, as long as you do so before the next renewal is processed. Subscription pricing is only available while the subscription is active. We'll give you reasonable notice of any change to subscription price.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The KREYT name, logo, "Open. Mix. Done." tagline, packaging designs, website content and images are owned by or licensed to KREYT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to the extent needed to browse the Site and make a purchase.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm it's your own honest opinion, doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and doesn't make therapeutic or medical claims. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, research papers). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
